OpenDeed FileHub

Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of OpenDeed FileHub at filehub.opendeed.ai. By using FileHub, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here.

Using FileHub

FileHub provides tools for authorized users to manage transaction workspaces, checklists, tasks, documents, email, document analysis, and electronic signature workflows. You may use FileHub only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your organization’s instructions and access permissions.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Tell your organization or OpenDeed if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights to the files and information you submit. You must have the authority and rights needed to upload, store, analyze, share, or send that content and to invite the people you select.

You are responsible for reviewing generated text, OCR results, document split suggestions, recipients, and signature fields before using or sending them. FileHub’s automated results are provided to assist your work and may require correction.

Connected services and email

Some features rely on Google, Cloudflare, or DocuSeal and are also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. If you connect Gmail, you authorize FileHub to use the Google permissions shown during authorization for the features described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Gmail in FileHub or revoke access through your Google Account.

You are responsible for checking email recipients and content before sending. Email delivery can be delayed, rejected, or affected by provider availability; FileHub does not guarantee delivery or receipt.

Restrictions

You may not misuse FileHub, attempt to access another user’s information without authorization, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

OpenDeed may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse or security risks.

Service changes and liability

FileHub may change as we maintain and improve it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FileHub is provided without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenDeed is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of FileHub. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@opendeed.ai.
